BOKJA DESIGN: You leave me breatheless.  I first saw your gorgeous upholstered furniture while doing a Google image search about six months ago. I saved many of the images and decided I had to come out of hiding and blog about the pieces. Then, well, you know what happens. You get swept off in another direction
and altogether forget what it is that swept you off your feet.  I do keep inspiration boards and have Bokja’s images ready for the next board, but the next board is empty next to a pile of pictures that want to call the oard “home”.

Today, while searching for an image for my website, I caught a glimpse of the images I had saved and decided that I had to share your existence with all of the my followers (0) and everyone else who stumbles upon my infrequent postings.  I’m not so sure I need to share your entire story and evolution because you have a  great website and it tells us all. It is www.bokjadesign.com . The two Beirut-based founders chose the name Bokja, as they explain on their website, because bokja is an expression of respect and love for an age-old culture and aesthetic with a human approach. Amazing architecture Stoneage Style House in Portugal

This is a stoneage house that has amazing architecture and design exterior.Placed in a peaceful pastoral setting in Nas Montanhas de Fafe, Portugal. This hillside house boasts unobstructed, untarnished views of the grass-covered mountain and valley. This unusual structure isn’t your typical house, featuring an irregular
exterior, but some traditional “house” elements were incorporated – namely, its charming windows and a shingled roof that stands out among these seemingly untouched, natural surroundings.

The Cube architecture, Sin El Fil/Lebanon by Orange Architects

orange Architects, a partnership between Dutch architecture firms JSA, CIMKA and HofmanDujardin, releases the design of a luxury apartment block on Plot 941 in Sin el Fil, an eastern district of Beirut. The design was commissioned by the Lebanese development corporation Masharii.

The 50-metre-tall block will contain 19 apartments ranging in size from 90 to 180 m2. The concept for the tower is simple but extraordinarily effective: ‘maximizing’, making optimal use of the site’s potential, the local building code and the fantastic views of Beirut and the Mediterranean. Within this conceptual framework, we will develop the most extensive building programme possible. The maximum height will be achieved, and the view from each apartment will be optimised. For this purpose, 100-percent flexible floor plans have been developed.
